Tachoblog’s View From The Cab – 23.10.09
This week seems to have gone really quickly, but here we are again at View From The Cab time. As always the Tachoblog Tribe have been sending in their Views, and this week we have a unique treat for you as Tachoblog has some Views to share too.
So let’s get started with Amishtrucker who was ‘driving north on Texas 80 and came through the little place of Gillett, Texas’…
Click below for the rest of this week’s Views…
…Then further up the road he sends a View from downtown Nixon, Texas where, he tells us, there is ‘a large chicken processing plant’.
Over in Europe we have the welcome return of Rainerri1967 who sent this View of the A81 Oberndorf in Germany. ‘ Rain Rain Rain!!!!!’ he says and he’s not wrong…
…He also sent this View of ‘The 2nd!’.
Staying in Europe we head to Sweden where we found Tachoblog parked near Borås and by one of the country’s numerous lakes…
…See, the mirrors give it away,we’re in a REAL truck!…
…Finally, a View of another truck ‘playing’ in the same quarry as Tachoblog was…
Back in America, we find Heydriver and Goldie entering Pavillion, New York. On the way to New Rochelle…
…Now they’re on the ‘escape from New York. South bound on the Cross Bronx Expy’.
SurfingTrucker sent in a little photo-journal of his journey, starting in Methuen, Massachusetts where he was ‘ avoiding an animated police discussion’…
…’and work crews’…
…Then he gets to enjoy ‘the autumn colors on River Rd in Andover’…
…Before arriving at his destination in Lawrence.
TheNose100 was making a delivery at the popcicle factory in Wheeling, West Virginia…
…Where ‘parallel parking’ perfected for popcicle peoples preferred pleasure’.
And as Bugs Bunny would say ‘That’s all folks’, see you all again next week.
