Thanks To Biglorryblog, Tachoblog Talks Pollocks

The great Biglorryblog has recently been on a trip north of the border to Scotland.

While he was up there, Biglorryblog dropped into Pollock (Scotrans) – hence the dreadful pun in the title – in Bathgate to see the Scott Pollock’s collection of classic trucks.  Thankfully for us, BLB shot a short clip so we can all enjoy them.  In case you’re wondering, the collection includes an Atkinson Borderer and eight-wheeler, Scania R141 V8 and a Peterbilt 379.

Click below for to get up close to one of the collection…

In this next clip you can get close to ‘Convoy’, a 1997 Peterbilt 379 Tractor.  BLB telss us that ‘the 6×4 tractor has a 500hp Detroit Diesel and a Unibilt ‘Ultracab’ sleeper box on the back’

Tachoblog’s thanks to Biglorryblog for the videos.

  1. Thanks for the pingback on your post of classic fire trucks. We find our Charge Air Coolers in a wide variety of years in these Peterbilt trucks.

    Have a great day!
